Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- must be 18 years old to operate some equipment
- able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- able to stand for 6-8 hours
- willing to comply with uniform and appearance standards
Job Qualifications

- strong customer service orientation
- ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment

- able to stand for extended periods
- previous restaurant or food service experience is a plus but not required
- ability to operate POS system
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- Perform assigned work position duties including preparing ingredients
- making quality products
- taking guest orders
- providing quality guest service through positive and friendly interactions
- acting with a sense of urgency in all duties
- work as a team and assist others by being punctual for shifts
- support other work positions during shifts as needed
- complete all closing duties including cleaning at the end of shifts
- comply with Cicis image and appearance standards
- contribute to teamwork, energy, and fun atmosphere
- accurately use POS system
- process cash and credit card transactions
- support sales initiatives by suggestive selling
- maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- comply with all security standards
