Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a general manager or assistant manager in a restaurant
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical activities
