The role of Chophouse Restaurant Busser at Monarch Casino Resort Spa is a full-time, hourly position offering a competitive wage of $16 plus tips. This key role supports the smooth operation of the Monarch Chophouse by maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, ensuring guests receive prompt and courteous service throughout their meal. A busser’s responsibilities include preparing dining areas before guest arrival, promptly clearing and resetting tables, and supporting wait staff with various back-of-house duties such as replenishing condiments and monitoring table settings. This position is vital in sustaining the high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and quality service that Monarch is known for. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, the ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple tasks efficiently while demonstrating excellent communication and guest service skills. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays when needed
  • Must be able to stand for duration of shift
  • Must be able to bend, stoop and continuously use hands
  • Ability to push and pull up to 25lbs and occasionally up to 45lbs
  • Must successfully submit a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
  • Ability to speak and write English
  • Ability to communicate information through spoken words that others will understand
  • Ability to read and understand written instructions

Job Duties
