Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license
- Ability to stand for 50 percent of the time
- Ability to walk for 50 percent of the time
- Ability to perform repetitive hand motions
- Ability to use stairs and elevators

Job Duties
- Providing exemplary customer service with a professional demeanor
- Exchange of cash and distributing chips to guests
- Assisting players who wish to color up, taking their small-denomination chips and exchanging them for larger denominations
- Assisting dealers and supervisors in the starting, combining, and breaking of games
- Ensuring the safety and security of team members and guests by notifying management of any suspicious or unusual activities
- Attending training and meetings when required
- Maintaining the cleanliness of work area, including the collection of chip trays and returning them to designated areas
