Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license
  • Ability to stand for 50 percent of the time
  • Ability to walk for 50 percent of the time
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand motions
  • Ability to use stairs and elevators

Job Duties

  • Providing exemplary customer service with a professional demeanor
  • Exchange of cash and distributing chips to guests
  • Assisting players who wish to color up, taking their small-denomination chips and exchanging them for larger denominations
  • Assisting dealers and supervisors in the starting, combining, and breaking of games
  • Ensuring the safety and security of team members and guests by notifying management of any suspicious or unusual activities
  • Attending training and meetings when required
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of work area, including the collection of chip trays and returning them to designated areas
