Job Description

The Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort Hotel is a premier destination resort known for its commitment to delivering a unique and exciting experience rooted in Traditional Tribal Hospitality. As a prominent establishment in the hospitality and gaming industry, this resort seamlessly combines luxury accommodations, fine dining, and entertainment to provide guests with an unforgettable experience. Emphasizing a family-oriented work culture, the resort prides itself on treating employees as part of its family, welcoming them home to a supportive and inclusive environment. This ethos extends throughout the resort's operations, ensuring that every guest encounter is warm, respectful, and memorable.

Within this vibrant resort setting, we are seeking a Busser to join our food and beverage team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the dining areas, directly contributing to the overall guest satisfaction. As a Busser, you will help create a seamless dining experience by efficiently clearing tables, assisting servers with delivering food and beverages, and resetting tables promptly for incoming guests. Your work will ensure that the dining environment meets the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, reflecting the resort's dedication to superior service.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and take pride in supporting a team effort to deliver excellent customer service. The Busser role not only supports the servers but also plays a crucial part in ensuring that guest interactions with the food outlets are positive and enjoyable. Responsibilities include clearing tables of all dinnerware, maintaining stocked supplies like clean cups and silverware, decorating tables for special occasions with linens, and performing general cleaning tasks such as sweeping floors, emptying trash, and cleaning windows and walls.

Moreover, the position requires physical stamina as it involves moving objects, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods. The job is classified as heavy strength, requiring the ability to exert significant force occasionally, frequently, and constantly throughout the workday. The resort provides a supportive environment that may accommodate individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. This role is ideal for someone who can work well under detailed instructions and thrives in a dynamic team-oriented atmosphere.

By joining the Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort Hotel team as a Busser, employees become part of a dedicated workforce that prides itself on delivering top-tier hospitality services while embracing the rich traditions of the Coeur d'Alene Tribe. Employment at the resort follows Indian Preference hiring policies, offering opportunities first to tribal members and their families before considering other applicants. This position is suited for those 16 years or older who possess or are willing to obtain a Coeur d'Alene tribal gaming license. Previous food and beverage experience is preferred but not required, making it an accessible opportunity for individuals seeking to begin or advance their career in hospitality at a respected resort destination.
