Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to obtain a Coeur dAlene tribal gaming license required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months previous food and beverage experience preferred
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Must be able to follow detailed instructions precisely

Job Duties
- Clear tables of plates, glasses, cups, and silverware
- Assist the server in supplying beverages and food to the guests
- Reset the table for the next guests
- Stock shelves with clean cups and silverware
- Decorate tables for special occasions with linens
- Clean windows and wipe walls
- Stock ice bins
- Empty trash as needed
- Sweep floors to keep clear of debris
- Clean busing carts
- Other projects and duties as assigned
