Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry

Job Duties
- Ensure every guest has an exceptional experience
- Serve as a role model, holding team members accountable to operational and quality standards
- Identify and address the root causes of issues, demonstrating self-reflection and accountability
- Foster open and effective communication between team members and management
- Influence team member behaviors by championing changes and new initiatives within the restaurant
- Lead with both heart and strategic thinking
- Drive business results through effective cost management using Chili's systems
- Follow operational systems like the Manager Timeline and perform quality line checks
- Hire, train, retain, and develop team members for greater roles and contributions
- Enhance guest engagement within the restaurant while building community relationships
- Understand and uphold safe food handling procedures
- Communicate and embody Chili's culture and core beliefs: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, Play Restaurant
