Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older (21 if responsible for driving a van)
- high school diploma or GED
- pass required state and company background checks
- relevant experience in licensed child care center, public school, or commercial kitchen
- ability to lift and move weights between 10 to 40 lbs
- able to stand for 95% of the workday
- comply with immunizations, physical screenings, and health training
- physically and mentally react immediately to unexpected circumstances

Job Duties
- Plan and prepare nutritionally balanced meals for children and staff
- keep an accurate inventory of supplies and place orders as needed
- manage all aspects of prepping and preparing meals
- ensure kitchen cleanliness and comply with sanitation requirements
- oversee kitchen operations including menu development
- maintain health and safety standards
- interact with suppliers for inventory control
