You will work closely with your co-teacher to maintain a well-kept, organized classroom that encourages creativity, exploration, and confident decision-making. The school prides itself on offering a professional and supportive work environment where educators can thrive and succeed. Beyond the rewarding daily work caring for children, teachers benefit from competitive pay based on experience and education, paid holidays, professional development days, and generous paid time off. There are also important benefits such as 401(k) with company match, tuition discounts for daycare services, free CPR and First Aid training, and opportunities for advancement through additional certifications.

As a Primrose Teacher, your impact will be profound every day as you help children discover the world around them through meaningful activities and personalized attention.
