  • Must be at least 18 years of age (21 years if responsible for driving a van)
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Candidates must pass required state and company background checks
  • Meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move weights between 10 to 50 pounds
  • Ability to interact physically and mentally with children in active play
