Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of senior operational leadership experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-region operations
  • Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding processes and customs compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to manage full P&L responsibility
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to travel approximately one week per month

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of senior operational leadership experience within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management
  • Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding processes, customs compliance, and global trade regulations
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-region operations
  • Proven P&L management experience with strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and drive operational compliance
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
  • Familiarity with logistics technology platforms

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day global operations including freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and supply chain management
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and profitability
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives including automation, process optimization, and technology adoption
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, trade laws, and industry standards
  • Manage full P&L responsibility for operations focusing on cost efficiency and long-term revenue growth
  • Build and foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centric service delivery
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to define long-term business strategies and global expansion goals
