Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of senior operational leadership experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-region operations
- Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding processes and customs compliance
- Demonstrated ability to manage full P&L responsibility
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel approximately one week per month
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of senior operational leadership experience within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding processes, customs compliance, and global trade regulations
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-region operations
- Proven P&L management experience with strong financial and commercial acumen
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and drive operational compliance
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
- Familiarity with logistics technology platforms
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day global operations including freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and supply chain management
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and profitability
- Lead digital transformation initiatives including automation, process optimization, and technology adoption
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, trade laws, and industry standards
- Manage full P&L responsibility for operations focusing on cost efficiency and long-term revenue growth
- Build and foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centric service delivery
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to define long-term business strategies and global expansion goals
