Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
any combination of education, training, or experience providing required knowledge, skills, and abilities
ability to obtain or renew government required licenses, including gaming registration and alcohol awareness education certification
willingness to work varying schedules at the hotel due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry
dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations of clients
trusted individual who respects others
consistently courteous and effective communicator
able to cooperate with others to achieve common objectives
committed to positive work environment
meet attendance requirements for timely job completion

Job Duties

Believe and demonstrate through their work the GSR Vision and Mission Statement
prepare and provide proper and professional beverage service to all guests and cocktail staff in a friendly, courteous and timely manner
input and ring-up charges for guest's orders using the POS system
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest areas and equipment including removing empty glasses/bottles, cleaning ashtrays, emptying garbage and sweeping/mopping floors
maintain proper and adequate set-up of bar daily including before, after and during shift
listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice and offer assistance
make constant contact with both internal and external customers to provide optimal guest service
perform any other jobs or tasks as assigned by center management
