Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- any combination of education, training, or experience providing required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- ability to obtain or renew government required licenses, including gaming registration and alcohol awareness education certification
- willingness to work varying schedules at the hotel due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Believe and demonstrate through their work the GSR Vision and Mission Statement
- prepare and provide proper and professional beverage service to all guests and cocktail staff in a friendly, courteous and timely manner
- input and ring-up charges for guest's orders using the POS system
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest areas and equipment including removing empty glasses/bottles, cleaning ashtrays, emptying garbage and sweeping/mopping floors
- maintain proper and adequate set-up of bar daily including before, after and during shift
- listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice and offer assistance
- make constant contact with both internal and external customers to provide optimal guest service
- perform any other jobs or tasks as assigned by center management
