Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- ability to obtain or renew all government required licenses such as gaming registration and alcohol awareness education certification
- ability to work varying schedules including evenings and weekends based on business needs
- ability to maintain physical stamina to work under pressure in a fast-paced casino environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area
- ability to operate POS systems
- willingness to cooperate with team members and management
- dedication to providing excellent guest service

Job Duties
- Believe and demonstrate through their work the GSR Vision and Mission Statement
- prepare and provide proper and professional beverage service to all guests and cocktail staff in a friendly, courteous and timely manner
- input and ring-up charges for guest's orders using the POS system
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest areas and equipment at all times
- maintain proper and adequate set-up of bar on a daily basis including before, after and during shift
- listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice
- relay accurate information to guests regarding hours of operation, hotel services, and local attractions
- make constant contact with both internal and external customers to provide optimal guest service
- perform any other jobs or tasks as assigned by center management
