Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
ability to obtain or renew all government required licenses such as gaming registration and alcohol awareness education certification
ability to work varying schedules including evenings and weekends based on business needs
ability to maintain physical stamina to work under pressure in a fast-paced casino environment
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area
ability to operate POS systems
willingness to cooperate with team members and management
dedication to providing excellent guest service

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age
any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
ability to obtain or renew all government required licenses such as Gaming Registration and Alcohol Awareness Education Certification
dedicated to meeting or exceeding the expectations of internal and external clients

consistently exhibits courteous and appropriate communication

Job Duties

Believe and demonstrate through their work the GSR Vision and Mission Statement
prepare and provide proper and professional beverage service to all guests and cocktail staff in a friendly, courteous and timely manner
input and ring-up charges for guest's orders using the POS system
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest areas and equipment at all times
maintain proper and adequate set-up of bar on a daily basis including before, after and during shift
listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice
relay accurate information to guests regarding hours of operation, hotel services, and local attractions
make constant contact with both internal and external customers to provide optimal guest service
perform any other jobs or tasks as assigned by center management
