Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in cleaning or utility role preferred but not required
ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 40 lbs bending and standing for extended periods
strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining sanitary environments
good communication skills to understand and follow instructions
must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
must comply with all company safety and security procedures

ability to lift and or move up to 40 lbs
ability to interact with public and coworkers in a friendly enthusiastic and outgoing manner
ability to speak read and comprehend instructions short correspondence and policy documents
able to frequently immerse hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions

Job Duties

clean equipment including work tables refrigerators and meat blocks
clean utensils pots and pans by hand or using dishwashing machine
return clean utensils pots and pans to proper places
remove trash and garbage to designated areas
sweep mop scrub and buff floors using heavy equipment
clean walls windows and steam clean trashcans
stock date rotate and check temperature of products
transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or hand truck
load and unload supply trucks
follow all security and safety procedures established by the company
