We are currently hiring for the position of Front Counter / Dining Room Team Member, available both part-time and full-time. This role offers flexible scheduling with a minimum commitment of 3 days or 20 hours per week. Shifts are available during daylight and evening hours, with the expectation that candidates have availability on Fridays and Saturdays. Our team members enjoy a supportive work environment that emphasizes teamwork, respect, and continual learning.

The Front Counter / Dining Room Team Member plays a vital role in delivering the kind of outstanding service that keeps guests returning. This position requires a strong customer service mindset and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Team members are responsible for warmly greeting guests, educating them on menu items and current promotions, and providing exceptional hospitality that goes beyond expectations. In addition to serving at the front counter, this role also involves maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the dining room, assisting guests to their tables, and helping ensure a welcoming atmosphere throughout their visit.

Employees in this role will be expected to communicate clearly and work closely with other team members to maintain smooth operations. Physical demands include standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds, so candidates should be prepared for an active work environment. Our restaurant emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and professionalism in every aspect of operation, and team members must adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety policies consistently.
