Job Qualifications
- Previous chef experience required
- Excellent oral communication skills required
- Advanced knowledge of culinary arts

- Must speak English fluently and write in basic English

Job Duties
- Ensure excellent food quality
- Plan menu considering budget and seasonal ingredient availability
- Oversee all kitchen operations
- Coordinate kitchen staff and assist as required
- Train staff to prepare and cook menu items
- Take inventory of ingredients and equipment and place orders
- Enforce safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Create new recipes and keep the menu fresh
- Keep up to date with industry trends
- Inform wait staff about daily specials or shortages
- Experiment and suggest new ingredients
- Receive feedback and make improvements
- Train new kitchen staff
- Follow all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
- Perform other related duties as assigned
