Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- certified to operate PITs where applicable
- able to lift 60-70 pounds
- strong communication, organization, dependability, and teamwork skills
- understanding of Henkel Mentor chemistry base types and solvent metering systems
- able to work in varied weather conditions and wear PPE including full fire suit and respirator when needed
- operates with a strong sense of urgency and consistent punctuality

- certified to operate powered industrial trucks (PITs) where applicable
- strong communication skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- knowledge of Henkel Mentor chemistry base types and solvent metering systems
- ability to work in varied weather conditions
- dependable and punctual
- physical ability to lift 60-70 pounds
Job Duties
- Acquire and add raw materials into mixing equipment
- operate mixing equipment until batches are completed and transferred
- adhere to Henkel's safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards and practices
- comply with departmental standard operating procedures
- ensure product quality and batch accuracy
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
