Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
certified to operate PITs where applicable
able to lift 60-70 pounds
strong communication, organization, dependability, and teamwork skills
understanding of Henkel Mentor chemistry base types and solvent metering systems
able to work in varied weather conditions and wear PPE including full fire suit and respirator when needed
operates with a strong sense of urgency and consistent punctuality

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
certified to operate powered industrial trucks (PITs) where applicable
strong communication skills
ability to work well in a team environment
knowledge of Henkel Mentor chemistry base types and solvent metering systems
ability to work in varied weather conditions
dependable and punctual
physical ability to lift 60-70 pounds

Job Duties

Acquire and add raw materials into mixing equipment
operate mixing equipment until batches are completed and transferred
adhere to Henkel's safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards and practices
comply with departmental standard operating procedures
ensure product quality and batch accuracy
maintain a clean and safe work environment
communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
