Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • certified to operate PITs where applicable
  • able to lift 60-70 pounds
  • strong communication, organization, dependability, and teamwork skills
  • understanding of Henkel Mentor chemistry base types and solvent metering systems
  • able to work in varied weather conditions and wear PPE including full fire suit and respirator when needed
  • operates with a strong sense of urgency and consistent punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • certified to operate powered industrial trucks (PITs) where applicable
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • knowledge of Henkel Mentor chemistry base types and solvent metering systems
  • ability to work in varied weather conditions
  • dependable and punctual
  • physical ability to lift 60-70 pounds

Job Duties

  • Acquire and add raw materials into mixing equipment
  • operate mixing equipment until batches are completed and transferred
  • adhere to Henkel's safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards and practices
  • comply with departmental standard operating procedures
  • ensure product quality and batch accuracy
  • maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
