This position is part of Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies business unit, a sector focused on empowering innovation through adhesives, sealants, and functional coatings that transform entire industries. As a Mixing Operator within this unit, you will play a critical role in the production process by handling raw materials and operating mixing equipment essential for creating high-quality adhesive products. This role requires adherence to strict safety, health, and environmental (SHE) practices, ensuring a safe workplace for all employees while maintaining product integrity and process efficiency.
The Mixing Operator is responsible for accurately acquiring and adding raw materials into mixing equipment, monitoring the mixing process, and ensuring that batches are correctly completed and transferred in accordance with Henkel’s standard operating procedures. The role demands attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to safety and compliance. Successful candidates will be trained on Henkel’s unique chemistry base types and solvent metering systems, gaining valuable expertise in the adhesive manufacturing industry.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- certified to operate PITs where applicable
- able to lift 60-70 pounds
- strong communication, organization, dependability, and teamwork skills
- understanding of Henkel Mentor chemistry base types and solvent metering systems
- able to work in varied weather conditions and wear PPE including full fire suit and respirator when needed
- operates with a strong sense of urgency and consistent punctuality

- certified to operate powered industrial trucks (PITs) where applicable
- strong communication skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- knowledge of Henkel Mentor chemistry base types and solvent metering systems

Job Duties
