Job Requirements
- associate degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience
- minimum of one year healthcare experience or experience with therapeutic diets
- food service manager certification
- strong leadership and customer service skills
- computer literacy
- proficiency in English
- knowledge of arithmetic related to food preparation
Job Qualifications
- associate degree in culinary arts or minimum of 1 year sous chef experience under the supervision of certified chef
- minimum of one year experience in a healthcare or familiar with therapeutic diets
- strong experience in leadership skills including customer service
- food service manager certification
- computer literacy
- ability to read, write, and speak English language and with a knowledge of arithmetic and units of measurement used in food preparation
Job Duties
- responsible for overall day-to-day food production operations
- participates in the hiring of production staff
- trains and supervises all production staff
- plans and directs catering events
- may assist with food orders and deliveries to ensure quality products
- assists with tray tickets as needed
