Job Duties

  • Cook on the line during service and lead by example
  • Hire, train, and manage a small, capable kitchen team
  • Design and execute a consistent, high-quality American menu
  • Maintain food quality, safety, cleanliness, and compliance at all times
  • Manage inventory, ordering, prep, and food cost controls
  • Collaborate with ownership on specials, seasonal changes, and long-term kitchen systems
  • Set and maintain standards for portioning, plating, and kitchen operations
  • Create a positive, accountable kitchen culture that values teamwork and pride in execution
