Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in corporate dining
- sushi team leadership experience
- ability to adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- must be able to work full-time Monday through Friday
- strong communication skills
- must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

- knowledge of commissary operations
- strong knife skills specific to sushi preparation
- understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work under pressure during peak times
Job Duties
- prepare and present sushi and related food products to customers
- demonstrate high-level knife skills and sushi preparation techniques
- store foods following corporate and regulatory food safety standards
- ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures
- maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and workstation
- interact with customers to enhance dining experience and explain menu items
- manage production levels during peak service hours
- perform other duties as assigned
