Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a culinary role
  • Supervisory experience in foodservice
  • Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with kitchen duties
  • Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Cook and prepare food following approved recipes and production standards
  • Supervise hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, and counseling
  • Store food in designated areas following all corporate, state, and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures
  • Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils and clean workstations thoroughly
  • Interact with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
  • Monitor inventory and deliveries of product and supplies, tracking production, consumption, and waste
  • Perform other duties as assigned
