Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a culinary role
- Supervisory experience in foodservice
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with kitchen duties
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Job Duties
- Cook and prepare food following approved recipes and production standards
- Supervise hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, and counseling
- Store food in designated areas following all corporate, state, and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures
- Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils and clean workstations thoroughly
- Interact with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Monitor inventory and deliveries of product and supplies, tracking production, consumption, and waste
- Perform other duties as assigned
