Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Pastry Chef, Chocolatier to assist in overseeing the Chocolate Room, Banquets, special assignments, and supporting venues and outlets across the resort. This position involves creating menus, recipes, and managing all chocolate and confection goods in the F&B outlets and banquets in line with the Executive Pastry Chef's standards.
