Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of kitchen experience
  • Ability to work as a team player and maintain diplomacy

Job Duties

  • Prepare breads, muffins, danish pastries, breakfast items, and desserts for pastry trays in accordance with Club standards
  • Support a la carte and private event food production
  • Maintain consistent food preparation and plate presentation for a la carte venues and catered events
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment
  • Assist Executive Chef and Sous Chef with assigned tasks
  • Foster positive relationships with Members, employees, and guests
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
