Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • professional training in culinary education or equivalent experience
  • experience in fast-paced high-volume food service
  • knowledge of food and beverage preparations and guest service etiquette
  • strong multitasking and team skills
  • proficiency in English communication
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • mobility to perform physical tasks such as bending and reaching

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • professional training through a culinary education or experience in fast-paced high-volume fine dining or catering facility
  • ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with service standards
  • basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, and guest relations
  • ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • ability to read, speak, and write in English
  • physical ability to lift and transport food and items up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • sufficient mobility to perform production tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling

Job Duties

  • Set up and prepare all food items
  • perform opening and closing duties
  • replenish and rotate stock as directed
  • set up non-food items for the shift
  • ensure high sanitation awareness
  • input daily event sheets and reports
  • produce menu items in a timely manner and according to company standards
  • maintain work area and proper food storage
  • adhere to company guidelines and exceed guest expectations
  • assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event staff
  • interact with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction
  • maintain extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu
  • assure compliance with company service standards and inventory procedures
  • work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the stadium
