This schedule allows for work-life balance while contributing meaningfully to our residents' dining experience.

As a Chef at The Courville at Manchester, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of food quality and service that our community expects. You will be responsible for assisting in meal preparation, ensuring all tasks are performed safely and hygienically, and serving our residents and their guests with friendliness and professionalism. Additionally, you will help maintain cleanliness in both the kitchen and dining areas, prepare materials for upcoming shifts, and support the kitchen team during special events. Your role is crucial in creating a warm dining atmosphere that enhances the overall well-being and satisfaction of our residents.

The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a genuine passion for food service. While 5 years of cooking experience is preferred, we also offer training to help you succeed. Being able to read, write, speak, and understand English is essential, as is the ability to meet the health and safety requirements set forth by our facility. Safety and respect for others in the workplace are paramount, and candidates must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday and perform job-related functions safely with or without reasonable accommodation.

Joining The Courville at Manchester means becoming part of a community that values its employees and residents alike. We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental insurance, earned time, 401K, flexible spending accounts, and paid life insurance for eligible employees.
