Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum three years of culinary management experience
  • Strong knowledge of inventory and purchasing controls
  • Ability to manage profit and loss
  • Passion for sustainability
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant
  • Knowledge of HACCP
  • Experience with exposition cooking
  • Extensive understanding of food trends, cost controls, sanitation, and presentation
  • Working knowledge of P&L accountability
  • ServSafe certified is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage full culinary operation including inventory, ordering, and receiving
  • Oversee profit and loss accountability
  • Develop menus with focus on cost controls and local food sourcing
  • Implement and maintain sustainability practices
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and food safety standards
  • Manage food cost controls and purchasing
  • Supervise food production and presentation
