Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in upscale restaurant kitchen management
  • Valid food handler’s card where required
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

  • At least 2 years of experience in full service, upscale restaurant management
  • Passion and knowledge about quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule availability
  • Valid food handler’s card as required by local and state regulations

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of kitchen management
  • Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes and preparing weekly specials
  • Train, motivate and develop kitchen staff focusing on growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness to pass the white glove test
  • Manage business goals related to process improvements and operational success
  • Ensure compliance with all company procedures and food safety regulations
