Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary experience
  • Minimum three years of culinary management experience
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
  • Experience in contract foodservice or fine dining setting
  • Proficiency in inventory control and purchasing
  • Ability to manage P&L and cost controls
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts or hospitality management preferred
  • Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of food and catering trends focusing on quality, production, sanitation, and food cost controls
  • Experience with exposition cooking
  • ServSafe certification is a plus
  • Proficient in inventory and purchasing management
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills

Job Duties

  • Manage full culinary and food service operations, including inventory, ordering, and receiving
  • Demonstrate knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience
  • Develop menus with a focus on cost control and sourcing local food products
  • Promote and implement sustainability initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP
  • Oversee staff management and training
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, sanitation, and presentation
