Job Requirements
- Minimum three years of culinary management experience
- Knowledge of HACCP standards
- Experience with inventory management and purchasing
- Ability to manage P&L and contract services
- Passion for sustainability
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
Job Qualifications
- Working knowledge of HACCP
- At least three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings
- Experience with inventory management and purchasing control
- Strong knowledge of food and catering trends
- Experience in exposition cooking
- Understanding of P&L accountability
- ServSafe certification is a plus
Job Duties
