Job Requirements

  • ability to travel 45 minutes to 1.5 hours daily
  • proven experience in culinary management
  • excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • knowledge of inventory management and purchasing
  • passion for sustainability
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling

Job Qualifications

  • three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings
  • working knowledge of HACCP
  • extensive understanding of food trends, production, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation
  • ability to manage inventory and purchasing
  • experience with exposition cooking
  • knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed services
  • ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • manage full culinary operations including inventory, ordering and receiving
  • develop and implement menus focusing on local food products and sustainability
  • oversee cost controls, purchasing, and food production
  • ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards
  • lead and support multiple food service teams across various locations
  • maintain P&L accountability and manage contract foodservice operations
  • travel daily between multiple sites to ensure consistent quality and service
