Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of three years culinary management experience
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
- Experience in contract foodservice or fine dining environment
- Ability to manage inventory, purchasing, and cost controls
- Passionate about sustainability
- Availability to work Monday through Friday 7 AM to 4 PM with flexible scheduling
- ServSafe certification preferred
Job Qualifications
- Working knowledge of HACCP food safety standards
- Minimum three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice or fine dining settings
- Expertise in inventory control and purchasing management
- Extensive knowledge of food trends, sanitation, and food cost controls
- Experience with exposition cooking
- ServSafe certification is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and contract foodservice operations
Job Duties
- Perform full culinary management of food service operation including inventory, ordering and receiving
- Manage profit and loss accountability and oversee contract-managed service operations
- Develop menus with a focus on cost control, purchasing, and sourcing local food products
- Implement sustainability practices within culinary operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP
- Lead and supervise culinary staff to maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Conduct exposition cooking and maintain food production efficiency
