Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum three years of culinary management experience
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
  • Strong inventory and purchasing control skills
  • Ability to manage P&L responsibilities
  • Passion for sustainability and local food sourcing
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday without weekends or major holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings
  • Working knowledge of HACCP standards
  • Experience in menu development, food cost controls, purchasing, and inventory management
  • Understanding of P&L accountability and contract-managed service operations
  • Knowledge of food and catering trends focusing on quality and production standards
  • Experience with exposition cooking techniques
  • ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage full culinary operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
  • Develop innovative and cost-effective menus while focusing on quality and sustainability
  • Monitor and control food costs, purchasing, and inventory
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and other food safety standards
  • Lead and develop culinary team members promoting growth and excellence
  • Oversee P&L accountability and contract-managed food service operations
  • Utilize exposition cooking techniques in food preparation
