Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of culinary management experience
  • Knowledge of HACCP guidelines
  • Experience with inventory and purchasing management
  • Ability to manage contract-managed foodservice operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performing environment

Job Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of HACCP
  • Minimum three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings
  • Strong knowledge of food and catering trends
  • Experienced in inventory and purchasing control
  • Skilled in food cost controls, sanitation, and presentation
  • Familiarity with exposition cooking
  • ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage full culinary operations including inventory management, ordering and receiving
  • Develop and innovate menus focusing on quality and local sourcing
  • Oversee food cost controls, purchasing, and inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Lead and motivate culinary and food service teams
  • Maintain knowledge of profit and loss accountability and contract-managed services
  • Champion sustainability initiatives within the food service operation
