Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • motor vehicle record check
  • ability to work up to 8 hours on feet
  • able to lift a minimum of 25lbs
  • adherence to dress code
  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • commitment to HSEQ policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary arts degree preferred
  • culinary experience in a similar volume food service establishment
  • food service training with knowledge of food preparation techniques according to HACCP
  • understanding of restaurant merchandising and marketing for service preparation and presentation
  • effective communication and presentation skills to customers, clients, and employees

Job Duties

  • Oversee the purchasing, preparation, and execution of high-quality, cost-effective food service
  • hire, train, and schedule staff
  • participate in corporate training and staff development programs
  • prepare and maintain accurate and timely accounting and financial records within the operating budget
  • maintain sanitary and safe operation in accordance with health regulations
  • represent the company in a courteous and friendly manner
  • engage with customers, listen to feedback, and make improvements accordingly
