The company is currently seeking a motivated and growth-minded Chef Manager to join their expanding team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 and a typical Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend or major holiday work, supporting a healthy work-life balance. The Chef Manager role is critical, encompassing full culinary management responsibilities including overseeing the food service operations, managing inventory, ordering and receiving supplies, implementing menu development, and ensuring cost controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sustainability and a keen interest in sourcing and utilizing local food products. Additionally, knowledge of profit and loss (P&L) accountability and experience in contract-managed services would be advantageous.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of culinary management experience
- Knowledge of inventory management and purchasing
- Ability to manage food service operations and staff
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Passion for sustainability and local food sourcing
- Ability to work Monday through Friday without weekends or major holidays
Job Qualifications
- Working knowledge of HACCP
- Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings
- Extensive knowledge of food trends, quality, production, sanitation, cost control, and presentation
- Experience with exposition cooking
- Familiarity with P&L accountability
- ServSafe certification is a plus
Job Duties
