Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of culinary management experience
  • Experience with inventory management and purchasing
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Passion for sustainability

Job Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of HACCP
  • Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice or fine dining
  • Extensive knowledge of food trends including quality, sanitation, and cost controls
  • Ability to perform exposition cooking
  • Knowledge of P&L accountability
  • ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage full culinary operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
  • Develop menus incorporating local food products
  • Implement cost controls and purchasing strategies
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and HACCP
  • Lead and train culinary staff
  • Maintain focus on sustainability practices
  • Oversee P&L accountability and financial performance
