Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Working knowledge of HACCP
- Minimum three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant
- Expertise in inventory and purchasing control
- Strong knowledge of food and catering trends
- Experience with exposition cooking
- Familiarity with P&L accountability and contract-managed services
- ServSafe certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Manage full culinary operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
- Develop menus with attention to cost controls and local sourcing
- Oversee food service operations ensuring quality and sanitation standards
- Monitor profit and loss and manage contract service operations
- Lead and motivate culinary staff to achieve service excellence
- Implement sustainability practices within food service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations such as HACCP
