Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of HACCP
  • Minimum three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant
  • Expertise in inventory and purchasing control
  • Strong knowledge of food and catering trends
  • Experience with exposition cooking
  • Familiarity with P&L accountability and contract-managed services
  • ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage full culinary operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
  • Develop menus with attention to cost controls and local sourcing
  • Oversee food service operations ensuring quality and sanitation standards
  • Monitor profit and loss and manage contract service operations
  • Lead and motivate culinary staff to achieve service excellence
  • Implement sustainability practices within food service
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations such as HACCP
