Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Oversee daily food service operations for the gastro pub, ensuring high-quality, resident-focused dining experiences
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to execute seasonal menus and elevate culinary standards
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 10 frontline staff, fostering a positive and productive kitchen culture
- Engage directly with residents, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain hands-on involvement in both kitchen prep and front-of-house service
- Work a typical shift of 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with rotating weekend coverage
