Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- minimum three years of relevant culinary management experience
- proficiency in inventory management and purchasing
- strong organizational and leadership skills
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills
- commitment to sustainability and quality assurance
Job Qualifications
- working knowledge of HACCP
- minimum three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings
- understanding of inventory and purchasing controls
- knowledge of food and catering trends
- experience with exposition cooking
- familiarity with P&L accountability
- ServSafe certification is a plus
Job Duties
- full culinary management of food service operation including inventory, ordering, and receiving
- manage profit and loss accountability
- develop menus and implement cost controls
- source and utilize local food products
- maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- foster sustainability in food service operations
