Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of food service management experience
  • strong cooking skills
  • knowledge of therapeutic diets is helpful
  • strong knowledge of HACCP, safety and sanitation
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • ability to maintain the highest of standards and implement company policies

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • oversee the daily food production for bistro and assist with overseeing production for all levels of care as needed
  • cook daily
  • oversee ordering and inventory
  • assist with scheduling of staff
  • oversee safety and sanitation and maintain HACCP logs
  • assist with catering functions
  • perform direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development
  • exceed Sodexo standards for Gold Checks and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits
