Job Requirements

high school diploma or GED or equivalent
minimum 1 year of management experience

experience in high volume culinary production

Job Duties

have oversight of day-to-day operations
deliver high-quality food service in compliance with programs such as the National School Lunch Program (NSLP)
achieve company and client financial targets and goals
develop and maintain client and customer relationships
flexibility with a team work mentality, assisting in kitchen/driving as needed
ensure Sodexo standards are met
