Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years culinary management experience
- Knowledge of inventory management and purchasing
- Ability to work morning and evening shifts
- Commitment to sustainability in foodservice
- Experience with HACCP procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Working knowledge of HACCP standards
- Minimum of three years culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant environment
- Strong understanding of food and catering trends with focus on quality and cost controls
- Proven experience in inventory management and purchasing control
- Familiarity with P&L accountability and contract-managed services
- ServSafe certification preferred
Job Duties
- Manage full culinary and food service operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
- Oversee P&L accountability and contribute to contract-managed service success
- Develop menus emphasizing local product sourcing and cost control
- Ensure adherence to sustainability practices in operations
- Cover morning and evening shifts as required by unit schedule
- Maintain high standards for food quality, production, sanitation, and presentation
- Lead exposition cooking and culinary team activities
