Job Requirements
- At least one year of culinary experience focused on scratch cooking
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage personal and team schedules
- Willingness to work onsite full-time
- Availability to work Monday through Friday
- Ability to participate in staff training and meetings
- Commitment to food safety and quality standards
Job Qualifications
- At least one year experience working in a kitchen focused on cooking from scratch
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Ability to manage schedules
- Prior management experience preferred
- ServSafe or HACCP certification preferred
Job Duties
- Addressing customer service needs
- Helping to hire and train new staff
- Attending training sessions and meetings
- Assisting in the purchase of food
- Designing menus
- Managing own schedule and schedules of others
