Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in professional kitchen settings focusing on Turkish or Mediterranean cuisine
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle kitchen equipment safely
