Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of chef or kitchen manager experience in a high-volume dining environment
  • Ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance and minimize waste
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Willingness to work the line daily alongside back-of-house staff
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of chef or kitchen manager experience in a high-volume dining environment
  • Strong culinary skills with the ability to create and innovate menu items
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work the line daily alongside back-of-house staff
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Bi-lingual a plus

Job Duties

  • Schedules and coordinates the work of kitchen staff to ensure that food preparation is perfect
  • Adheres to specifications of recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation assuring high consistency
  • Regularly creates unique dishes and menu items for daily features and specialty events
  • Provides immediate supervision of all back of house employees
  • Oversees staff performance, productivity, and training to expect the best from our team
  • Participates in employee hiring and discipline
  • Ensure high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained through all kitchen areas at all times
