Job Requirements
- 3+ years of chef or kitchen manager experience in a high-volume dining environment
- Ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance and minimize waste
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to work the line daily alongside back-of-house staff
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Leadership and team management experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work the line daily alongside back-of-house staff
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Bi-lingual a plus
Job Duties
- Schedules and coordinates the work of kitchen staff to ensure that food preparation is perfect
- Adheres to specifications of recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation assuring high consistency
- Regularly creates unique dishes and menu items for daily features and specialty events
- Provides immediate supervision of all back of house employees
- Oversees staff performance, productivity, and training to expect the best from our team
- Participates in employee hiring and discipline
- Ensure high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained through all kitchen areas at all times
