Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow safety standards
  • Food handler's permit or willingness to obtain
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Job Duties

  • Using the correct tools to prepare, cook and present our products
  • Serving food that meets our quality and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked area to ensure food quality
  • Delivering quality products within company standards for speed and accuracy
  • Selecting and training new chefs (for Head Chef)
  • Holding other chefs accountable for their work (for Head Chef)
  • Managing stock levels (for Head Chef)
  • General maintenance of equipment (for Head Chef)
  • Leading new product rollouts (for Head Chef)
