Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow safety standards
- Food handler's permit or willingness to obtain
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Job Duties
- Using the correct tools to prepare, cook and present our products
- Serving food that meets our quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked area to ensure food quality
- Delivering quality products within company standards for speed and accuracy
- Selecting and training new chefs (for Head Chef)
- Holding other chefs accountable for their work (for Head Chef)
- Managing stock levels (for Head Chef)
- General maintenance of equipment (for Head Chef)
- Leading new product rollouts (for Head Chef)
