Job Description
Daniel's Broiler is seeking a Chef to direct the kitchen's daily activities in accordance with the company's policies and objectives, ensuring profitability, guest satisfaction, and positive employee relations. The Chef will oversee the preparation of food to be served, maintaining sanitation, health, and hygiene standards, and following established food production programs and procedures. Responsibilities include achieving food cost percentages, labor control, kitchen supply management, food quality consistency, staff management, and compliance with regulations.
