Job Requirements

  • 2+ years supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience in multi-unit operations in international markets
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability in training programs
  • Analytical skills for operational performance metrics
  • Cultural sensitivity for tailored training materials
  • Proficiency in technology for monitoring and quality assurance
  • Strong problem-solving skills in culinary challenges
  • Understanding of food science, safety, regulations, and quality standards
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities
  • Willingness to travel 40-60% domestic and international
