Job Requirements
- Culinary Arts Degree/Certification required
- 4-year bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in English, additional languages preferred
- 7+ years of progressive culinary experience, including 2+ years of international exposure
- 2+ years supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in multi-unit operations in international markets
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability in training programs
- Analytical skills for operational performance metrics
- Cultural sensitivity for tailored training materials
- Proficiency in technology for monitoring and quality assurance
- Strong problem-solving skills in culinary challenges
- Understanding of food science, safety, regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Willingness to travel 40-60% domestic and international
