- Two years experience in a related culinary field
- ability to multitask and problem solve in high-pressure situations
- proven presentation and communication skills
- positive customer service orientation
- intermediate computer skills including simple video technology
- availability for evening and weekend shifts

- Two years experience in a related culinary field
- demonstrated ability to multitask and problem solve in the moment especially under pressure
- proven ability to convey information to a group in a fun and engaging way
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive customer service orientation toward staff and public
- intermediate level of computer skills to interact with simple video broadcasting technology
- available to work evenings and weekends
- teaching experience preferred
- culinary degree preferred
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional experience at every cooking class
- ensure the class is a success by creating a fun and educational environment for students
- set up and prepare ingredients for classes and ensure classroom is set up for students then returned to a clean and organized state at completion of class
- manage event assistants during class providing clear direction and expectations as well as feedback
- collaborate with the Co-op Chef and store team to ensure a seamless learning environment
- promote ingredients and seasonal marketing initiatives of PCC Markets
- perform other duties as needed or required to ensure the successful execution of the cooking class
