Job Requirements
- Prior culinary experience
- Ability to supervise and coordinate kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage schedules, payroll and training
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
- Availability for full-time schedule with varying days and hours

- Prior culinary experience
- Experience in supervising kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage inventory and control food waste
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience with menu development

Job Duties
- Direct and coordinate kitchen, food production and food-service associates
- Supervise, coordinate and participate in preparing, cooking and serving food
- Ensure all food handling, sanitation and customer service standards are met
- Supervise hourly kitchen associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and disciplinary actions
- Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes
- Maintain proper presentation, food quality, portion control and serving temperatures
- Track food use, waste and consumption to manage inventory
- Receive and inspect product and supplies for quality and quantity
- Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils
- Clean workstations thoroughly
- Help select and develop recipes and menus
- Perform other duties as assigned
