This role involves overseeing the entire food preparation process, developing innovative recipes, and selecting items to feature as specials and for the popular "Grab & Go" case. The Executive Chef will maintain attractive and appetizing prepared foods displays in line with the company's vision and standards while ensuring that food quality, quantity, freshness, and presentation consistently meet all City Market expectations. This position demands high productivity levels, efficient kitchen scheduling within budget constraints, and comprehensive management of bakery, kitchen, and line staff members, including hiring and scheduling.
