Job Duties

  • Oversee the food preparation process
  • Create recipes and select items to feature as specials and for the "Grab & Go" case
  • Maintain attractive prepared foods displays
  • Ensure food quality, quantity, freshness, and presentation meet standards
  • Manage kitchen schedules within budget
  • Hire and schedule bakery, kitchen, and line staff
  • Control inventory and food costs
  • Train staff on food preparation and kitchen safety
  • Assist seasonally in bakery and pastry
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
  • Manage employee hours and minimize waste
  • Ensure compliance with company standards
